4 in 1 In-line Sensor:

The 4 in 1 In-line Sensor collects much of the raw data used in the MilkHub system. A sensor unit is attached to every bail and is used to analyse the fluids passing through each milk line. Raw measurements are used to determine cow mastitis prediction and yield, along with plant milking and cleaning performance.

The 4 in 1 In-line Sensor consists of a rugged food grade plastic cylinder with clear inspection caps, a large flow through area that has no effect on vacuum pressure, and ‘Clean In Place’ cleaning. The 4 in 1 In-line Sensor includes a patented multi-sensor array with high speed signal processing for accurate and fast data retrieval. Measurements are made without moving parts which ensure maximum reliability and performance.

The 4 in 1 In-line Sensor transmits data continuously to the command unit for immediate in-shed use. This data is also updated online every few minutes to ensure the Online Management System has the most recent data possible.
